I personally have had nothing but great experiences with Tattoo Lou's! Most of my work was done at the St. James location, by Andreas who sadly is not there anymore. And even though my last tat was 3 years ago before my son was born, they all look like brand new! I have had numerous comments that they all look fresh! My best experience had to definitely be when my brother in law turned 18. He and I, his brother and three of our friends all got tats that day. We had the best time just sharing that experience! I do have to say I will never interrupt a tat in progress again! )
GOOD NEWS!!! Andreas is coming back from Argentina...... We have been working hard on helping with his work Visa. He should be here next month!!! Yeeehwhoooooo!!! We are very excited to bring him back aboard Tattoo Lous great lineup of artists as YES, he is missed extremely by many!
Oh that's wonderful news that Andreas is coming back! You guys are awesome for helping him out! To be honest I haven't been able to bring myself to get another tat since he left. Keep us posted!
I am soo thrilled that Andreas is on his way back to Lous!! He was the first artist that ever made me feel like I was the only one in the room and spent time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The Tatts he did for me two years ago still look like they were done yesterday! Can't wait to sit in his chair and get some much more needed art!

I love stopping in Tattoo Lou's shops- even if I'm not getting a tattoo right then! The people are always great to chat with, and I always get great ideas when I go in. The customers are fun and definitely... colorful! Tattoo Lou's was recommended to me over five years ago, and to this day I recommend them to everyone I know!!! I<3TattooLous :p
All my work has been done by Irish Jay and he is MASTER of his art! He did an amazing Ganesh all up my right side and a whole other piece across my lower back. The Selden shop is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful =) Can't wait to finish up my side piece-see you soon guys! xoxoxo
As the General Manager of Tattoo Lous I would like to welcome everyone and also to invite everyone to our Blog spot. Please feel free to share your Tattoo Lou experience with us. Also you can stop into any one of our locations and see me or one of our managers or artists if you may have a questions. Thanks again and we are looking forward to hearing from everybody
I got my tattoo almost a year ago and it still looks brand new! I will never go anywhere else, and I have been telling my friends from school to come to Lou's ( I go to school in MA) you guys are the best!
My name is Marc and was at the St. James store on Sunday with my son. It was my son's 18th birthday and his present was a tat, as well as i got another for myself.
Just wanted to say Thank You again to Cole (the artist) that took care of both of us ... GREAT job on both and we both are getting great reviews on our tattoos, and letting people know where we got them. We shall be back this week to get the second ones you didn't have time for ...
Again .. thank you. Great work and a great place to get them done.
Good Morning! After about literally two years of thought about it I finally gathered up a bit of nerve to stop into a shop and get a piercing. I did my research and knew getting an industrial would be a little bit painful, but the experience I had at your Selden shop was awesome. While it was a little awkward to listen to some of the artists talk about Kenny G, it was a warm atmosphere and calmed me down when I needed it. Mollie did an excellent job and after reading up even more about the industrial piercing and how its done I look upon her and Tattoo Lous with even more respect. There are probably thousands of people who never got the treatment I got or took the care that Mollie did in measuring the piercing and where it was going to be exactly to having me breath while she pierced it- otherwise I probably would've been in much worse pain. As your 50th year in business comes to a close I want to say thank you to Tattoo Lou's for bringing a great group together as you have in the Selden shop and most of all Mollie for doing a fantastic job.
